Luisa Bomke is an AI reporter at Handelsblatt, Germany's leading business newspaper, based in Düsseldorf. Born in 1995 in Lippstadt, she studied Journalism and Public Relations at Westfälische Hochschule in the Ruhr region (2015–2018). She then spent three years as a press officer for FDP Member of Parliament and finance politician Frank Schäffler, before completing her journalism traineeship at Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche through the prestigious Georg von Holtzbrinck School for Business Journalism. She has been Handelsblatt's AI reporter since July 2023, covering artificial intelligence, business, technology, and its impact on industries. She also co-writes the Handelsblatt KI-Briefing (AI Briefing) newsletter.
