Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited on Glyph. It applies to everyone who uses the platform.
Respectful outreach
Glyph exists to enable relevant, well-matched connections between brands and journalists. Do not send spam, mass-blast unrelated pitches, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
Honesty and identity
Do not misrepresent your identity, your organization, or your relationship to others. Only claim a profile that genuinely belongs to you.
Prohibited content
Do not post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Do not use the platform to distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Data and privacy
Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse information about other users. Use contact details only for legitimate, relevant outreach.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
